Brian Harvey from East 17 claims Tom Watkins Raped Tony Mortimer.

In a heart-felt and brutally honest YouTube live, ex East 17 lead singer Brian Harvey, has made the shocking claim that their manager, the now deceased Tom Watkins, raped the band's song writer, Tony Mortimer.
