Following
on from the Guerrilla Democracy weekend special, ‘The Queen is Guilty of Manslaughter’, news is in that the Royal Family has been granted absolute
protection from public scrutiny.
In addition
to The Sovereign Grant of £36.1 million a year, announced last week, a new
grant is being granted which will make the Windsor Family the most secretive
family in the world.
With recent
revelations of scandal leading to the very heart of the Windsor royal family,
this legislation is seen as vital to the continuing protection and cover-up of
Royal members and their crimes.
This
controversial legal reform of the Freedom of Information Act will finally draw
a veil of secrecy over the affairs of the Queen, Prince Charles and Prince
William, forever.
Letters,
emails and documents relating to the Queen, Prince Charles and Prince Williams
will no longer be disclosed even if they are in the public interest.
It will,
once and for all, shut off the light which illuminates the murky world of royal
affairs, finances and decision making.
THE PALACE IS FURIOUS
Sources
close to Guerrilla Democracy reveal the Queen was ‘incandescent with rage’,
when a Freedom of Information request, which the Cabinet Office fought against
for 15-months, was allowed to reveal a secret which the Royal Palace had spent nurturing
and protecting for over a hundred years.
The Whitehall papers showed
that senior royals exercised royal powers to consent to or block new laws.
This
contradicts the aged-old-line that the Queen is advised by parliament to
provide consent to those bills and not the other way round.
The Palace
was forced to damage the limitation by assuring the public that the sovereign
has ‘not refused to consent to any bill affecting crown interests unless
advised to do so by ministers.’
The Freedom
of Information request reveals:
At least 39 bills have been
vetoed by senior royals.
The Queen vetoed proposed
legislation in the Military Actions against Iraq Bill in 1999, which
sought to transfer the power to authorize going to war from the monarch to
parliament.
She consented to the Civil
Partnership Act 2004 because it contained a declaration which would bind
her and as a consequence was identified to be a matter of royal concern.
Prince Charles has consented to
20 pieces of legislation.
The Queen and Prince Charles
have been involved with issues covering higher education, paternity pay to
identity cards and child maintenance.
‘This is
opening the eyes to those who believe the Queen only has a ceremonial role’
said one politician.
‘It shows
the royals are playing an active role in the democratic process’ says another.
‘There has
been an implication that these prerogative powers are quaint and sweet but
actually there is real influence and real power, albeit unaccountable,’ said
the legal scholar who fought the freedom of information case to access the
papers.
PRINCE CHARLES IS DRIVING FORCE BEHIND NEW LAW

close to Guerrilla Democracy reveal Prince Charles as the driving force behind
the new law.
A spokesman
for BuckinghamPalace said ‘The change to the law was
necessary because the Freedom of Information Act had failed to protect that
constitutional position of the monarch and the heir to the throne.’
The Palace
says ‘Prince Charles is keen that the sovereign retains the right and duty to
be consulted, to encourage and warn the government, and by extension, the heir
to the throne has the constitutional right and duty to prepare himself for the
role of King.’

The passing
of this new law is seen as essential to the continuing reign of the Windsor royal family.
Persistent rumors continue to circulation that senior members such as Prince Philip and
The Duke of Kent, are members of evil Satanic groups who partake in the murder
and sacrifice of young virgins and babies.

the royal connection to Jimmy Savile was exposed, the flood gates have opened,’

Council leader Jason Kitcat battles to save his position and reputation.
Billed as
the ‘Great Brighton Stink’, the city bin-men have gone on strike in direct
response to Jason Kitcat’s move to cut working allowances, which in turn will
hit the lowest and hardest workers in Brighton
and Hove Council.

WHO IS JASON KITCAT?
A useful idiot?
In political jargon, useful idiot is a
pejorative term to people perceived as propagandists to a cause whose goals
they do not understand, and who is used cynically by the leaders of the cause.
I’m sure Jason
Kitcat is pure of heart and aims to do his best as a Green Councillor and
leader of Brighton and Hove Council, for the people of Brighton and Hove.
Seen as a technocrat,
nerd and blogger, Jason Kitcat is regularly hitting headlines which his
unabashed self publicity stunts.
In 2010 he
was cleared after appeal of breaching Brighton and Hove
copyright rules of posting footage of himself asking questions from council web-casts.
From
Youtube channels to out-spoken comments on deserving more, Jason Kitcat has
been signalled out for ridicule and hate.
But perhaps
he’s been unfairly treated.
Giving
praise where praise is due, Jason Kitcat has climbed the latter of Green
politics to be its party leader. But perhaps his trust of council officers is
his downfall, and that of the Green Party in Brighton.
‘There are
faceless bureaucrats behind the scenes coming to Jason Kitcat with legal
opinion (that they argue has to be kept secret) that something has to be done
about pay,’ warns Neil Harding.
‘Kitcat
must feel backed into a corner and unable to change course because of his
loyalty to his bureaucrats.’

later to Jason Kitcat and published by the Brighton Evening Argus newspaper, fellow
members of the Green Party from all over the country are said to be watching
events unfold in Brighton and Hove with ‘growing horror’.
‘We cannot watch silently any longer.’
Party
members have been left stunned and reeling from the actions of Jason Kitcat.
‘We have
watched while you have ignored the clearly expressed views of the Brighton
Green Party, Brighton’s Green MP and a
significant number of your fellow Green councillors.’

watched while a group of workers have been forced into taking strike action
against a Green council! – in order to defend their livelihoods.’
