In light of the cancellation of the UK's first ever Satanic ritual abuse (SRA) conference, which was originally scheduled to take place at a venue in Portsmouth, the organizers have decided to move it to a private residence.
The decision was made after extensive complaints from the public, orchestrated by Brighton-based Satanist James Hind.
Critics of the event have raised concerns over SRA, which is a highly controversial and divisive subject, and some have alleged that all stories of satanic ritual abuse against children, is nothing more than the wild imaginations of the satanic panic, which has been sweeping the nation since the 1980's.
The conference organizers, lead by the UK's leading SRA whistle-blower Jeanette Archer, however, argue that the event is an opportunity to raise awareness and offer support to survivors of SRA.
Jeanette Archer is a self-described victim of SRA, claiming to have witnessed the late Queen Elizabeth II shape shifting into a reptilian alien before her eyes. Archer maintains that SRA is a real and present danger to society, despite critics claiming it is only a religious belief system.
